Hi, I am Maggie Leon. I am an experienced, executive-level leader in learning and development, talent development, and culture and inclusion. I have worked for non-profit, government, and high-tech companies. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I help organizations clarify what learning needs to do, build the systems and teams to support it, and deliver programs that actually change behavior. My learning partners and I bring 30+ years of combined experience to every client engagement.
